This project is a commercial office space split over 2 floors, each comprising a gross floor area of some 16,500 sq ft. The floors are split into open plan areas, meeting rooms, general offices and storage / janitorial spaces. Each floor has a cafeteria area / lounge. The lower floor has a fitness / Gymnasium area. Both floors have WC / Toilet areas. There is a presentation theatre & Games / break-out room. For the purposes of the IAQ Assessment, the offices, meeting, presentation & open-plan areas have been treated as normally occupied, the games / fitness / cafe & lounge areas have been trated as break-out areas.
