Prince's Building is an office tower with a shopping centre, known as Landmark Prince's. It is located along the western side of the southern section of Statue Square in Central, Hong Kong near Central station, the building is connected to Alexandra House and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong by pedestrian footbridges. Prince's Building Podium Conversion, PBPC, is a major renovation project of the Prince's Building Podium Retail Shopping centre from MVAC systems to materials. The scope of PBPC includes B/F, G/F, M/F and 1/F to 5/F of Prince’s Building.
