Shanghai Central Plaza is a Grade A building owned Vantage Capital (or V Capital), a real estate investment fund established by Chinese residential property giant Vanke. It was originally designed by Wong & Ouyang, a Hong Kong based architecture firm. Construction on the 38-story tower began in 1998 and was completed a year later. It is located in Huangpu District, adjacent to People Square and Xintiandi, right in the middle of the busy Puxi commercial district. With 472,000 square feet of top-quality offices and retail space in a prime downtown location Central Plaza is a favourite with multinational companies and retailers. Shanghai Central Plaza’s has been awarded with the RESET™ Air Core & Shell Certification at 1st October 2018. This makes it Shanghai’s first RESET™ Air Core & Shell certified project under the 2.0 version, which was released earlier this year. It is also the first project in Shanghai to be awarded the LEED O+M v4 Gold Certification for using the Arc Dynamic Platform to monitor the building performance in real time. 中区广场位于上海最繁华的闹市区，在使用20年后，于2018年3月末开始进行改造，并引入全面的可持续方案，包括要求持续保持建筑健康空气的RESET™ Air认证。在通过连续三个月的RESET IAQ性能数据审核后，中区广场于2018年10月1日获得 RESET™ Air 核心和外壳 v2.0 认证，成为上海首个获得该认证的项目。中区广场同时也是上海第一个通过Arc动态平台进行实时性能监测，并获得LEED O+M V4版金级认证的项目。
