Pricing for RESET Projects is dependent on the Project Typology (Commercial Interiors or Core & Shell) and the size of a project. RESET uses a logarithmic pricing algorithm. The larger the project, the lower the price per SQM.

RESET Project fees from the Pricing Calculator includes the following:

1. RESET Project Documentation Audit (One time per standard module)
2. RESET Project Site Audit (One time per standard module)
3. RESET Cloud Service, including Data Audit and Certification (Annual, all standard modules inclusive)

2. Pricing Comparison Table

The following is reference pricing for one RESET Operations Module (i.e. RESET Air, Water, Energy, or Circularity), tax included. Please use it to approximate the cost of using one RESET Operations Module for your project. If you need to include multiple module, please use the Calculator above.

If the size of your project is greater than 2,000,000 m², please Contact Us directly for the pricing.

3. Discounts

The following discounts are available:

• Discounts from Membership.
• A 20% discount for Annual Fees if 3 years are paid upfront.

All discounts can be applied together.

4. Additional Costs to Consider

Fees are based on the project size. In addition to the above, project teams are advised to consider auxiliary fees including, but not limited to:

• RESET AP consulting
• IAQ monitors for continuous monitoring
• RESET Accredited Data Providers for retrieving and storing monitor data
