Property consultancy Gerald Eve has leased a 26,000 sq ft office space at One Fitzroy in Central London. The consultancy’s office move comes at the same time as an updated commitment to sustainability, moving to a more environmentally friendly office space, fitting it out sustainably and actioning their desire to provide a contemporary, healthy, flexible and market-leading working environment for their expanding team. The office building is now rated BREEAM Excellent and achieves a FitWel rating of 2 stars, and in addition their senior management wanted Reset certification. ebm-papst were approached to assist Gerald Eve in meeting their Fitwel certification and Environmental, Social and Governance targets. ebm-papst digital services division provided an end to end solution to take One Fitzroy Place through the Reset accreditation and certification process. The team took the project from order placement to the certification audit within 6 weeks, meeting the Gerald Eve deadline to move into their newly fitted office.
