RESET Air certification was undertaken as part of East Liberty Presbyterian Church’s (ELPC) first-ever comprehensive renovation since construction in 1935, consisting of increasing the usable space in the building while reducing energy consumption and dramatically improving indoor air quality and thermal comfort. ELPC engaged AUROS Group in the capacity of Owner’s Performance Advocate for the purpose of using technology to align team members to the metrics set by ELPC to achieve improved building performance. This iconic church has a growing congregation and an active role in the community and wanted to improve their environmental stewardship of their facilities.
