The TL Flair IAQ Monitor sets itself apart from all devices on the market today because it is purposefully designed for large scale enterprise applications, enabling for industry leading accuracy and reporting insights on indoor air safety data. The Flair allows for multi-user access and sharing of air data information, allowing for building managers to share the most insightful analytics internally and/or externally in highly secured fashion. The Flair is the only IAQ monitoring device on the market today to leverage TLS end to end encryption for both WiFi and ethernet connectivity, ideal for enterprise and governmental applications. The Flair device provides the most versatile options for integration and connectivity, all built into one device: BACnet IP & MSTP, MODBUS IP & RS-485, API & MQTT local and cloud, PoE feature, USB/C, 5-50V DC direct wire. Its unique on-site interchangeable sensor modules comes in cartridges, allowing for easy and inexpensive calibration and future expansion of additional air metrics needed for any specific application. Default model measures: PM0.1 to PM10.0, Particle Counts (PC) from 0.1 microns up to 10.0 microns, TVOCs, CO2, Ozone, Temperature and Humidity. All seniors come with integrated fan technology for optimized uniformity in air flow enabling higher accuracy, consistency and maximized area coverage in larger open applications of use.
